I made a quick appointment, the receptionist was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. The stylist has a good, solid background in both cut and colour and important to me - great interpersonal skills. She masterfully transformed my hair from a snapped, disheveled mop to a fairly easy to maintain statement style very quickly and easily.
